SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day. Custom skate builds, blade profiling and holder work take longer, and we will confirm the timeline with you by email before shipping.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship across Canada and to the United States. We do not currently ship outside Canada and the United States.

Shipping methods and cost

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and package size. We ship with Canada Post and UPS.

Estimated transit time after your order ships:

Ontario and Quebec: 1 to 3 business days
Rest of Canada: 3 to 7 business days
United States: 4 to 10 business days

Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs and carrier delays are outside our control.

Orders with items from our partners

Some products are shipped directly from our trusted equipment partners. If your order includes these items, they may arrive in a separate package with their own tracking number.

Duties and taxes on orders to the United States

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available at 3984 Chesswood Drive, North York, Ontario. Choose local pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@skatinglab.com and we will open a trace with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
